1I have a problem with my order/my product. What should I do?
Please contact us at support@firelockgames.com with your name, email address, problem description (include pictures if desired) and your order number and we will get back to you in one business day.
2Do you ship internationally?
We are able to ship anywhere in the world. However, there may be restrictions on some products. In the case that we cannot ship a product to your country, we will notify you and refund the cost of the product that you order.
3What is the return policy?
BASIC RETURNS POLICY
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return anything purchased at the Firelock Games Store. If the item is returned in undamaged and sell-able condition, we will reimburse 100% of the cost. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed.

Please include your full name, order number, and shipping address.
If the package has been delivered, please also include photos of your packing slip, the packaging of your items, and the item(s) your email concerns.
